The Westminster Works Solutions Service aims to provide support, information, advice and guidance to assist Westminster residents with stress related and/or mental health difficulties to access opportunities in employment

We provide you with up to 15 sessions (depending on need) of an individually tailored, holistic support service.

Our objectives are to:

  • offer vocational and career guidance and assessments leading to an individual action plan
  • provide skills training and resources for all aspects of job search
  • advice around CV building, application forms and interview preparation
  • work in partnership with employers to promote the employment potential of people who have mental health needs.

The project is ordinarily available to individuals who:

  • are Westminster residents or those registered with a Westminster GP
  • are aged 18 and over
  • are committed and motivated to gain employment or enter training/education
  • have a stress related and/or mental health condition.
  • I have felt really listened to and have been allowed to think things through at my own pace whilst being provided with options and advice when I’ve needed it...
