Jobs in Mind – Work Solutions supports people living with a mental health condition to stay in or return to work. We work with people at risk of losing their job due to mental health issues as well as those who have been unable to work due to sickness.
Mental health conditions effect one in six of the population at some point in our lives. Many people lose their employment due to lack of understanding and support available to employees and or employers. With support from Jobs in Mind people do and can return to work at no cost to the employee or employer.
We have supported hundreds of people to gain employment after a long period of sickness and have supported 85% of clients on our job retention programme to retain their employment.
